All cancellations must happen at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour start time to receive a full refund. If a tour is cancelled after the 48 hour mark, we cannot issue a refund. No-shows are non refundable. If you arrive to your tour with less people in your group than originally booked, a refund cannot be issued for that person. If you arrive to your tour with more people than originally booked, we cannot accommodate the extra person. If a tour is cancelled by Visibility Forever prior to your scheduled tour due to inclement weather or for any other reason, a full refund will be issued. All weather related cancellations will be decided by Visibility Forever. We will still go out if it is raining as long as there is no torrential downpour or lightning in the area.

Yes. All of our tandem kayaks have a 425 pound total weight capacity and each paddler must weigh under 250 pounds even if you are a single rider. We cannot exceed these numbers due to safety concerns and weight distribution requirements by the kayaking manufacturer.
-
All of our kayaks are tandem (2 people), but can be utilized as a single kayak if there is an odd number of people in your group. A single rider still must not exceed a weight limit of 225 pounds.
-
If two parties have an odd number of people in their group, one person from each group will be asked to ride together in a tandem kayak. The tour will be the exact same no matter what and you will receive the same experience. You must agree to this rule when acknowledging our rules and agreements at checkout.

No! All of our locations that we visit are beginner - intermediate friendly and you will learn a few tips and tricks from your tour guide before getting on the water. Some locations might have a strong current and the wind can cause us to slow down a bit, but every location is fairly simple and easy to paddle. We do ask that all of our guests are in good physical condition, and are comfortable paddling for a few hours.

It depends on the location you choose. Our clear kayaks will give you a perfect view underwater, but some locations we will still stop and get out and swim. The locations that we will swim at are typically ankle to waist deep.

Almost every body of water in Florida has some kind of snake or alligator. They mind their own business and don’t bother people. If we see an alligator, we will keep our distance and observe the beauty of them from afar! They will most likely be basking in the warm Florida sun while taking a nap along the bank. It’s a treat that we get to see such incredible wildlife on our tours.
